According to the “Sporting Dog Registry”, you fill out the form at http://www.sporting-dog-registry.com/Single%20Reg%20Form%2004-11.pdf, which contains the following excerpt, and your dog will be registered as a “Pit Bull”.
“To single resister your dog, fill out this form. If your dog is registered in another registration office, send a Xerox copy of the pedigree paper, along with a copy of the registration certificate which shows ownership. Applicant for single registration is responsible for any errors caused by misinformation submitted.”
“another registration office” includes the American Dog Breeders Association and United Kennel Club.
